Welcome to Dan River Antiques. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of dannriver.store (the "Site") and all purchases made through it. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

We sell toys, trading cards, antiques, and collectibles to customers in the United States.

2. Products, Descriptions & Pricing
We make every reasonable effort to describe and photograph our products accurately. For antiques and vintage items, reasonable signs of age and wear consistent with the item's description are normal and are not defects.

All prices are in US dollars and include free shipping; applicable sales tax is shown at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing or descriptive errors, limit quantities, and refuse or cancel any order — including after payment — in cases of error, suspected fraud, or unavailability. If we cancel a paid order, you will receive a full refund promptly.

3. Orders & Payment
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion. Payment is collected at the time of purchase via Shopify Payments, PayPal, or Stripe. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by an incorrect address supplied at checkout, though we will always try to help resolve them.

4. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed within 3 business days and delivered within 5–10 business days thereafter, free of charge, anywhere in the United States. Full details, including how we handle lost or damaged shipments, are in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

5. Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return window from delivery, with prepaid return shipping and no restocking fees. Full conditions and instructions are in our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes
If any issue arises with your order, please contact us first at support@dannriver.store — nearly every problem (delivery delay, damage, return, refund status) can be resolved quickly and directly. We are committed to resolving legitimate issues in good faith.

7. Intellectual Property
All Site content created by us — including the Dan River Antiques name, logo, product photography, and text — is owned by or licensed to Dan River Antiques and may not be reproduced without written permission. Third-party product names, logos, and trademarks (including trading card game brands) are the property of their respective owners and are used solely to identify the products offered for sale; no affiliation or endorsement is implied.

8. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt unauthorized access to our systems, to interfere with the Site's operation, or to engage in fraudulent transactions. We may refuse service and cancel orders connected to such activity.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dan River Antiques shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and its products are provided "as is" and "as available," except as expressly stated (including our return policy) or as required by applicable law. Descriptions of antique and vintage items reflect their age and condition as stated in each listing.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
